Jan 10, 2021 Adobe Application Manager is an official tool from Adobe which provides the ability to update and install applications from the Creative Suite and the Creative Cloud. The program works by downloading different applications directly from the Adobe servers and fixing errors which occur when attempting to download and install updates and trial versions.
Normally the Adobe Download Manager schedules itself for automatic uninstall upon the next system restart by adding a registry value 'Uninstall Adobe Download Manager' toHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionRunOnce
it adds:
'C:WINDOWSSystem32rundll32.exe' 'C:Program
FilesNOSbingetPlus_Helper.dll',Uninstall
/IE2883E8F-472F-4fb0-9522-AC9BF37916A7 /Get1noarp
i.e. rundll is called to host the helper.dll and that in turn executes the uninstall. The silent-switch here is the attached 'noarp'. The normal uninstall string executed, when a user chooses to uninstall via Add/Remove Programs it is stored in the registry value 'UninstallString' in the following hive.

it reads:

the missing noarp indicates a (non silent) user interactive uninstall.
The information above is true for versions starting from 1.6.2.48
I have no information about such switches in earlier versions.
